About Us

We are a family farm.

7 Springs Farm has been in our family since 1968, and we're not going anywhere! The farm is our life and we couldn't be happier anywhere else. We are often asked how long we have had the farm, and if we would ever think about moving. The fact is, 7 Springs Farm will always be the Kubitschek family farm! We understand that sending your horses to us is a long term commitment, so we just want to reassure you that we will always be here for them.

We began retiring horses here because we knew we had the perfect environment for them: large pastures to graze and stretch their legs in, without a lot of rocks, natural streams and spring fed ponds to drink from, easy rolling hills, and moderate climate (we are not as hot and humid as the south in the summer, and not nearly as snowy and cold as the north in the winter.) We wanted to help retired horses by giving them a dream home where they can just be a horse!

If you are considering retiring your horse with us at 7 Springs Farm, you are giving your friend an amazing gift in return for all of the years they were your riding companion!

320 Acres of Heaven!

7 Springs Farm is 320 acres, most of which is hay quality pasture. We have:

·   7 natural springs
·   10 to 150 acre pastures
·   12' x 10' stalls
·   24 hour care

Meet the Owners

Hi, we are Will & Cait, and we are the next generation of 7 Springs Farm. Will's mom and dad always ran beef cattle on the farm, which we still do. But we have cut down our herd to give us more room and time for horses. Horses are our passion! We check fences and check on the cattle on horseback, and love to go trail riding when we have some free time (which isn't often enough!)

We love animals! Meet some of ours:

Blackjack

He is our own retired horse, and his favorite thing to do is take a nice long nap under a big tree!

Ben

This is our 1 yr old border collie. He's a real sweetie, and he is learning to help us bring in the cows.

Lily

Lily prefers to bask in the sun from inside her house, but she is also really good at catching mice in the barn for us.

Maggie

Maggie likes to relax in her chair or on her couch while we do the real work!

The Cows

Here are a couple of calves from this year. We love our cows! Especially the babies... they are so precious and curious.

Hunter

This is our newest addition, our Great Pyrenees puppy. He is going to guard the farm from any unwanted predators.

Give us A call sometime!

We would love to learn more about your horse and what you would like for him in his retirement! We know how important your long-time friend is to you, and we promise to give him the best of care. Even though you won’t be able to see him every day, we send out pictures and a monthly update of how everyone is doing. That way your friend can still be a part of your life.
